Vision

We envision a world where technology bridges imagination and reality - where engineering transforms impossible ideas into intuitive, impactful solutions. From advancing life on Earth to enabling humanity’s journey into space, we’re driven by the belief that innovation must serve both people and the planet. Our commitment to integrity, sustainability, and collaboration guides us as we create tools that empower the present and unlock the future. Together, we’re building a legacy of progress that inspires others to dream boldly and act purposefully.

Our Nine Principles.

Meet the Team.

Michael Preudhomme, Founder & CEO

Michael recently started Pample Industries after serving at the NASA-JPL for nearly a decade. At JPL, he was responsible for overseeing the design, development, and delivery of the Mars Sample Retrieval Lander Engines. In addition, he has experience with airborne testing of hyperspectrometers from his time at JPL. Prior to creating Pample Industries, Michael also served as the Director of Engineering at Mandala Space Ventures, where he got first hand experience in commercializing dual-use technologies. Michael obtained his MS in Materials Science & Engineering from Stanford, his MBA from the University of Miami, and his BS in Astronautical Engineering as well as a BA in Chemistry from the University of Southern California (USC).

Eugene Choi,

Head of Strategy

Eugene has gathered diverse engineering experience, including working at Northrop Grumman to work on NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) and the Next Gen Polar (NGP) OPIR program. Eugene worked at Mandala Space Ventures, writing decision-making algorithms to detect hypersonic objects from space using visible and infrared techniques. Throughout his studies, at the University of Southern California (USC), Eugene worked in the Space Engineering Research Center’s (SERC) on Soft Translatable Advanced Robot For In-Space Handling (STARFISH) in a software and controls role, and on the USC Rocket Propulsion Laboratory (USCRPL) team by building the composite body of the Poise rocket launched in 2020.

Jonathan Morris,

Head of Engineering

Jonathan is a Lead Engineer at Pample Industries, working on the development of robotic platforms and their electronic payloads. He also works as a High Performance Computing Specialist for UCLA’s Department of Planetary Sciences, where his cluster is being used to process Thermal Infrared data from LRO Diviner, and Ground-Penetrating Radar data from RIMFAX on Mars 2020. During his time at Mandala Space Ventures, he specialized in the disciplines of Electronic System Design and High-Performance Computing. Additionally, Jonathan has served in multiple technical leadership positions within Rocket Project at UCLA and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers at UCLA, all while pursuing his Bachelor's Degree of Aerospace Engineering at the university.

Marie-Tyson,

Head of Morale

Marie-Tyson is our resident morale booster and tactical nap expert, always on the front lines of joy and team spirit. Her dual-use capabilities include commercial-grade charm and defense-level vigilance, especially against rogue squirrels and delivery trucks. With a nose for collaboration and a tail that’s always in motion, she ensures our team stays grounded while reaching for the stars. When she's not supervising snack allocation, Marie-Tyson demonstrates precision lounging techniques, proving that even the hardest-working teams need moments of strategic downtime. She's a reminder that innovation is better with a little wag in your day.
